Since 1991, R.B. Construction, Inc. has been dedicated to fulfilling our clients' needs by providing safe and efficient remediation services throughout northern and central California.

We carry and maintain multiple licenses and certifications including CSLB General B license, Asbestos and Hazmat Certifications, plus C- Demolition, C22 Asbestos and DOSH Asbestos licenses. R.B. Construction, Inc. is a signatory to Laborer’s Union 67 in Oakland, should that be a requirement. We are also recognized as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the State of California and Cal Trans. We are fully bonded and carry above standard General Liability and Pollution insurance coverage.

Asbestos Abatement
We specialize in the safe and complete removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from commercial properties. Our thorough process adheres to the strictest federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Mold Remediation
We provide specialized services to address and resolve mold contamination issues in commercial properties. Mold can pose health risks to occupants, particularly with allergies, asthma, or compromised immune systems. It also can be an early indication of an underlying moisture problem that, if left unaddressed, can lead to structural damage.
Lead-Based Paint Removal
We specialize in the safe and permanent elimination of lead-based paint hazards from properties built before 1978. Lead-based paint, while once common, is now recognized as a health risk. When disturbed, it can create lead dust and chips, which, if ingested or inhaled, can cause health problems.
